What Arabian Ranches is
Arabian Ranches opened in the mid-2000s as one of Dubai's first gated villa communities, built around a golf course and the Ranches Souk.
It is mature: tree-lined streets, schools and a settled community, with only small new releases today.
Off Al Qudra Road and Umm Suqeim Street, near Motor City and Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club, about 25 minutes from Downtown.
