Downtown Dubai is Emaar's flagship district: Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera and the Boulevard, with apartment towers and serviced residences around them.
It is a city-centre market. Buyers pay for the address, the views and the short-let demand, and accept higher service charges and busy streets.
