What the market has done in The Valley

Fewer sales are being registered in The Valley now than at the start of the year. With fewer buyers in the market, the price you ask and the moment you sell matter more: a position priced against real recent sales moves; one priced on launch-day hopes waits.
Emaar lets you assign your contract once you have paid its minimum percentage. Knowing exactly where you stand against that threshold, and what a buyer would pay today, is the first step.

Yasser reviews your SPA and payment plan and confirms Emaar's minimum paid amount and transfer fees for your unit.
Step 3
We find the buyer
Your position is priced against real sales in your project and offered to buyers looking at the same community.
Step 4
Transfer at Emaar
Once Emaar issues its NOC, the contract moves to the buyer and you receive your money.
